It’s no surprise that Michelle Trachtenberg played the younger sister of Buffy Summers on the popular TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
She began her career in TV shows like The Adventures of Pete and Pete and movies like Harriet the Spy and Penny in Inspector Gadget. She seemed to fit into the roles perfectly. And then in 2000, she was cast as Dawn Summers in Buffy and over time, she went from being an apple cherub-faced young girl to a very beautiful young woman in Eurotrip where like the character of Cooper in that movie, we all discovered just how gorgeous she was.
Scarlett Johansson might have been a year older but Trachtenberg was the first to be that real-life version of your friend’s younger sister who becomes sexy and hot as she gets older. She appeared in other TV shows such as Gossip Girl and appeared in movies like the 2006 remake of Black Christmas.
However, we are not immortal and her health caught up with her. I had been following her on Instagram and understand she had just received a liver transplant. Whatever was the cause of her death, I hope she’s at peace now. She will live forever in all the TV shows and movies. Peace and love be with her friends and family.
