The annual Bare Bones Internal Film Festival is this week in Muskogee, Okla. The festival is meant to represent and honor filmmakers who make their shorts and features with lower incomes, usually under $1 million. Hence, they used the bare bones of funding available to make their movies.
I’ve been hoping to cover it this week but I’ve been sick since Saturday so I at least hope to stop by closer to the weekend.
