I’ve been taking these photos over the past few weeks while the leaves are still on the trees. More than likely after Thanksgiving weekend, they’ll be all on the ground or blown away.

Too Early For Christmas Decorations?
I know some people who eagerly await until Halloween to end so they can put up their Christmas decorations. But with less than six weeks until Christmas, everyone is getting into the spirit. I took these photos around the Wagoner, Okla. community. I haven’t put up my tree yet. But this weekend, my neighbors putContinue reading “Too Early For Christmas Decorations?”
Cliffs At Fort Gibson Lake
These are the cliffs on the eastern border of Cherokee County near where I live. Fort Gibson Lake separates Cherokee from Wagoner County. At this time of years as the leaves change, it’s a wonderful site to see while on the way home.

Then, there was “Moonlight Village”Continue reading “Halloween Recital At NSU”

I’ve also learned that bars and nightclubs in less metropolitan areas are kind of boring. It’s mostlyContinue reading “Halloween At Dewains”

The annual Haloween Costume Contest Party was held at the Tulsa Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Saturday, Oct. 25. The motif this year paid tribute to the classic horror films, such as Dracula and Frankenstein, released through Universal Pictures. Footage of the movies involving Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi in their iconic roles wereContinue reading “Halloween Party At Tulsa Hard Rock”
Sunsets Over Tahlequah
I took these pictures of the sunseting behind the hills in Tahlequah. This is at the intersection of Muskogee Avenue and U.S. Highway 62.
Beautiful Sky Over Tahlequah
It still feels like late summer here during the second week of October. I noticed these skies today when I was out.
