I want to wish each and everyone one of you a safe and Happy New Year’s Eve. Last year on this date, I got the news that my mother had passed away at 80. So, I had to change my NYE plans at the last minute and work with my neighbors and my doctor’s office to get some medication because I had to travel the next day.
It was not a good way to begin the new year considering that I got sicker than I havd been in almost a decade from a stomach b ug that was going around. Then, when I was well enough to keep my head up, I had to rush back home as a huge winter storm was coming.
Luckily, it seems Mother Nature and the Universe in general is working in my favor this time.
