Happy Festivus!

Wishing you all a very Happy Festivus! 

And this is the second time I’m having to write this post because the previous one was deleted by mistake so my grievances is a little more right now.  

This has been one of the craziest fucking years of my life. I started the year with my mom’s funeral followed by getting so sick for the worst time ever in years. I had been trying so hard for years to change my diet to avoid it, but the family curse of diabetes caught up with me.  

But my liver and kidneys are still doing better.  

At the national level, I’ve grown so sick and tired of Trump, I’m just waiting for that one headline. It has been satisfying watching people who supported him getting treated so bad like the rest of us. But it’s like being in class where those handful s have to ruin it for the rest of us.  

People have grown stupider with the support of Turning Point. Part of the reason I had to watch my diabetes is because after my girlfriend died, I ate too much comfort food. I’m sure Erika King with all her bling doesn’t have to worry much anymore. However, I do like it she’s sticking it to her late husband by becoming besties with Nicki Minaj.  

The good news is that so many people hate J.D. Vance much that there’s no way he can carry the torch. It’s typical of Trump to cause a big mess that someone else is going to have to clean up. So, I’m hopeful one day we might reach that great society we’ve been told is so evil because it doesn’t benefit the richest people ever.  

Way too many people are taking control of the media right now and it can be very dangerous. But a day of reckoning is at hand. People who abuse others through ICE and want to censor stories because there’s a negative slant will get their due one day. I’m not advocating for violence but do these ICE enforcers actually think they are going to get better jobs one day? Most of them are more out of shape than I.  

I’m getting so sick of this AI crap. It’s dangerous and it’s creating too much child pornography victimizing innocent children. What sick bastard wants to see this stuff anyway? They’re the ones people should be arrested. Just a reminder, that even by sharing it,  you’re still committing a felony. 

And hopefully Riley Gaines and Stephanie Fulnecky will soon learn that just because they didn’t win, transgender people aren’t to blame. If you tied for fifth, that means four other people who aren’t transgender were better than you. Also, you can’t go to a college and take a psychology class to imply your religious beliefs are the one and only that should matter.  

But you can’t stop people from being stupid. They’ve been around for centuries. There is some good news to report. My neighbor of nearly 20 years has learned his cancer has gone into remission. My stepsister, who is also battling cancer, has seen one more Thanksgiving and now one more Christmas. A year ago, she was worried it would be her last Christmas.  

Yes, there are people struggling out there with real problems they didn’t start. I hope they have the better times in 2026.  

As do I hope all of you have a great holiday season and better 2026.

By the way, it was nice seeing Jake Paul and Andrew Tate get their asses beat in boxing matches. I never thought I’d see a jaw move that out of place from a punch. I’d only see it in cartoons and never in real life.
