It’s been a week since torrential rains caused massive flooding in Texas along the Guadalupe River, causing many deaths and left people missing.
Other parts of the country are dealing with flooding issues such as the Sallisaw area of Oklahoma, Quad Cities region of Iowa and Illinois, Georgia and North Carolina.
At the same time, our current President is only doing things for photo ops and calling people “evil” for questioning why there weren’t better warning systems in place. As of Friday, July 12, the death toll is reported at 129 people, including children.
Only an evil person would pat themselves on the back for turning the worst time in people’s lives into a phot op. Why doesn’t he take off that stupid baseball cap and roll up his sleeves to help?
And it’s no surprise his followers are still supporting him.
I know people shouldn’t say “The people of Texas voted for this” but this could’ve all been avoided. Elections have consequences.
And to be honest, I’m getting sick and tired of his shit and the people who still defend him. Enablers are just as evil. They know they’re doing wrong. But they’re afraid to admit they’re wrong.
