Please be patient with me for a while. My mother passed away earlier this week, so I haven’t been able to focus much on this blog. My mother was 80 years old.
Some would say it’s not a good start to the new year, but my mother had some severe health problems the last 20 years so she got this far, she said she was fortunate to live this long. Other people in our family haven’t been so fortunate. She lost two sisters and a brother, all younger. And she also suffered a miscarriage.
We never know. We’re not promised a tomorrow. Life is a journey and we don’t all take the same paths. So, we should stop living in the past and focus on the here and now.
