Woofstock 2024 happened on Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Riverwalk Crossings in Jenks, a suburb of Tulsa along the Arkansas River. Despite the scorching heat, many braved the elements to bring their furbabies and four-legged friends to see other dogs that were up from adoption. Rescue shelters in and around the Tulsa metropolitan area were on hand to adopt some dogs that were in their possession.
The event was organized by the Oklahoma Alliance for Animals, a non-profit organization.
