If you’re a music lover, you’ve probably heard the lyrics, “The best things in life are free.” And if you’re a music lover and you’re going to be in the Tahlequah area on June 15, you can go to the Quake in the Quah.
This is a free event for the whole family featuring country/southern rock bands begin at 6:30 p.m. at Leoser Pavilion in Norris Park at the northeast corner of North Muskogee Avenue and East Morgan Street. Everyone is encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets and enjoy a nice summer evening listening to very talented Oklahoma musicians.
Bands scheduled to play are:
– Jake Marlin & The Reckless
– Mason Jar Revival
– Kyler Smith & The Sunday Sinners
– JT and The Damn Thing
An after party is scheduled nearby at Ned’s, located at 316 N. Muskogee, featuring live music from Steve Hamby. There is no cover.
The event is sponsored by Redrum, Tahlequah Barber Shop, Health First Chiropractic Clinic, Good Vibes Dispensary, CRS Properties and Narrow Bend Hat Co.
